| History of Crosslin Supply |

Crosslin Supply Company is one of Tennessee's largest hardware and building material
centers. Frank and Mary Esther Crosslin founded the company in 1933 in a small wooden
building on the south end of Main Street in Eagleville, Tennessee. The operation was expanded
to include a Smyrna, Tennessee location in April of 1959. The company was incorporated in
Eagleville in 1962 where it continues operation today. At the time of incorporation, the
officers were Frank E. Crosslin, Sr., President; Mary Esther Crosslin, Secretary/Treasurer;
and Frank E. Crosslin, Jr., Vice President. The company later expanded by adding a location in
Franklin, Tennessee in November 1973, and by purchasing a lumberyard in Spring Hill, Tennessee in 1997.
